Last year, What Now Phoenix reported that the owners, Tony and Roushan Christofellis, are launching a new drive-through eatery called Angie’s Prime Grill, but few details followed. Now, the company has established itself in the Valley, with locations in Chandler at 3131 E. Queen Creek Road, Glendale at 4326 W. Thunderbird, and one at 880 E Lone Cactus Dr in Phoenix, which also serves as their test kitchen, distribution center, and the first Angie’s Burgers location.

The Christofellis’, who also started the popular franchise concept Salad and Go, have no intention of slowing down now, with plans to open a fourth brick-and-mortar in Summer 2024 at Indian School & 32nd Street, according to the company’s website. The business owners are also working on a permanent home for Angie’s Prime Grill inside Angie’s Lobster building at 1901 W. Pinnacle Peak Road, creating a dual concept with service through the drive-thru and walk-up. Until that happens, they have decided to launch a food truck in front of the building.

“We are using USDA Prime Steak, Organic Chicken and Wild-Caught Mexican Colossal Shrimp, grilled-to-order and served in savory warm bowls, grilled burritos, and fresh-cut salads!” according to the company’s website. “We’ve developed our menu as though we are a high-end restaurant, using premium and organic ingredients like heirloom tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, organic romaine, and house-made sauces made with premium extra virgin olive oil, without any preservatives or additives and packed with bold flavors. What’s the difference between Angie’s Prime Grill and a Prime Steakhouse? We are pricing our meals competitive with the typical fast food meal, along with the speed and convenience of a drive-thru!”
