The company’s third site is set to replace BLD, which sat within The Shops at Pecos Ranch for 13 years, first reported by Mouth by Southwest. While this is sad news for fans of the comfort food brunch restaurant, Chandler residents should be relieved to know another delicious breakfast spot fills its shoes. This is a massive accomplishment for Brunch Snob, considering the company opened in Ahwatukee in 2022, followed by an uptown Phoenix location in 2023. The company hopes to open at the beginning of November.

“We don’t just serve your typical breakfast,” according to the company’s website. “To be honest, nothing we do is typical. We don’t think we fit into any category, but “comfort food with a twist” is what feels right to us. We have that Southern style comfort food but with flavors that span the entire country. From California to Florida, Pacific Northwest to the Midwest, and spanning the entire South from east to west– Brunch Snob brings something different to the table. We can’t wait for you to join us.”

Owners Celene and Keith Hillsbery take pride in their breakfast spots, where everyone is welcome. The husband-and-wife duo offers everything from Grandma Mary’s biscuits and gravy to chicken fried bacon and giant cinnamon rolls. The comfort food with a twist restaurant is quickly taking over the greater Phoenix area, with the owners opening a new location at a rate of one site per year. With a menu as diverse as Brunch Snob, it’s no wonder that just about anyone will find something to desire at this restaurant.

“With 30 years of experience working in restaurants spanning from fast casual to fine dining, Chef Keith is excited to present his vision to you and all our guests,” according to the company’s website. “He was taught to cook Southern-style cuisine by his grandmother, and that’s where his passion took off. As he moved around the country, he began curating recipes utilizing the new styles he learned. Lots of these recipes have made their way onto the Brunch Snob menu. A pride of food also leads to a pride in service. Our caring and committed staff make sure you have a fantastic experience with us.”
