The company’s newest location will move into the former home of Verdura in the Cinema Park Village Shopping Center sometime in September 2023, according to Brunch Snob’s Facebook. The expansion proves the concept to be popular for Phoenix residents, as co-owners Celine and Keith Hillsbery debuted the concept at the beginning of last year in the former Irish Hare space next to Safeway in Ahwatukee. The restaurant is currently hiring for all positions for its new location.

When Brunch Snob opens next month, customers can expect everything needed for a perfect brunch, including breakfast burritos, avocado toast, scrambles, omelets, different egg benedicts, and more. On the sweet side, the restaurant offers everything from pancakes and waffles to cinnamon roll French toast. Brunch Snob also has a handful of sandwiches for anyone craving lunch. Much of the menu comprises responsibly sourced ingredients from local vendors and farmer’s markets.

“We don’t just serve your typical breakfast,” according to the company’s website. “To be honest, nothing we do is typical. We don’t think we fit into any category, but “comfort food with a twist” is what feels right to us. We have that Southern-style comfort food but with flavors that span the entire country. From California to Florida, Pacific Northwest to the Midwest, and spanning the entire South from east to west– Brunch Snob brings something different to the table. We can’t wait for you to join us.”
