Honey & Sol is opening in mid-January, according to Fountain Hills Times. Located at 25609 N Danny Lane, the business is owned by Chuck Mooty, with Chris Rocke as general manager.

Their website shares the following information: “A community bodega and cafe in the heart of Rio Verde, AZ. A one stop shop and gathering place for all. Made for those looking to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee on an easy desert morning. Whether you need a quick bite before a bike ride, a few staples to stock the pantry, or a hostess gift for a neighbor – we’re just down the street. Proudly operated as a non-profit organization supporting the Verde Communities.”

Although the shop will have a small menu, they’ll be offering a selection of coffee, smoothies, ice cream, breakfast, and lunch.

For breakfast, customers can choose from a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, avocado toast, cereal, granola, pancakes, and baked goods such as banana bread, muffins, and coffee cake. In terms of lunch, there are build your own pizzas, quesadillas, BLTs, southwest chicken, hot links, hot dogs, and a few salads.

The hours of operation will be 7:30 am to 4:30 pm seven days a week.
