The Fountain Hills store is led by local franchise owners, RuthAnn and Jeff James, who are excited to bring unique culinary offerings to the area with the support of their family.

At Graze Craze, charcuterie arrangements are created by a team of experts, known as Grazologists. These artisans carefully curate aesthetically pleasing food displays that incorporate a variety of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate grazing experience. Each design features high-quality ingredients that complement one another, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp veggies and house-made sauces, dips and jams.

The Jameses have been residents of Fountain Hills for over 27 years, raising two sons in the community that is now home to their new charcuterie venture. The pair is looking forward to sharing the innovative concept with locals and vacationers alike by providing a convenient and memorable culinary experience.

“This is a fun, energetic town that loves to celebrate everything, so we know our charcuterie offerings will be the perfect centerpiece to elevate local celebrations,” said RuthAnn James in a statement. “We are located near Fountain Park, so clients can pick up Char-Cutie-Cups, Grab & Graze Boxes or our beautiful grazing boards to elevate picnics, parties, and other meaningful gatherings.”

Graze Craze boards provide options for every lifestyle, dietary preference or palate and are available in various sizes to cater to any occasion. They incorporate a plethora of flavors, like the fan-favorite Gone Grazey board, a balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. The Vegegrazian is designed with a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is hand-crafted using an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent the flavors.

New to the Graze Craze menu is the Brunch Board, an innovative gourmet twist on any morning routine. Packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more. Grazers can also choose the seasonal Springtime Spread board, featuring fresh ingredients like watermelon radish, Italian prosciutto, dried apricots and red wine merlot cheese,.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in several different size options to include Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes.

Graze Craze Fountain Hills is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
