Luna by Giada, which will be built on the first floor of Caesars Republic Scottsdale, is a high-energy concept that highlights her own Italian background fused with California culinary tastes.

Meanwhile, Pronto by Giada will be perfect for residents and visitors who want to get out and explore the city, as the concept provides more efficient yet still freshly made offerings from the menu items at Luna by Giada, paired with specialty coffees to go.

These two dining options will compliment Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s distinctive experience, which includes luxury suites and penthouse entertainment suites among its 265 rooms. Each room also contains dedicated workspaces, high-speed wifi, and specialized amenities throughout its luxury offerings to fit the needs of every guest. Chief among its features is the 7th floor pool and lounge that overlooks the majestic Camelback Mountain.

De Laurentiis currently has restaurants in Las Vegas and Baltimore after her successful Emmy award-winning run on The Food Network, where she headlined shows like Giada in Italy, Everyday Italian, Giada’s Weekend Getaways, Giada in Paradise, and Giada’s Holiday Handbook, also serving as a judge on shows like Winner Cake All and Food Network Star.

Moreover, the acclaimed chef has also published numerous books such as Eat Better, Feel Better, Giada’s Italy, Happy Cooking, Everyday Pasta, and more titles that can be found on her website.
