At Graze Craze, every creation is a masterpiece curated by a team of charcuterie experts known as Grazologists. These culinary artisans skillfully design each board, incorporating only the highest-quality ingredients. From premium meats, specialty cheeses, fresh fruits and crisp veggies to house-made sauces, dips and jams, every element is thoughtfully chosen. The boards are available for pick-up, catering and delivery.

Driven by their shared entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a business together, Kelly and White knew they wanted to find an elevated food concept that would offer something unique and useful to the community.

“It was important to us to pursue a business concept that aligned with our skills and would cater to local preferences,” said Kelly, who, like White, has a background in the luxury retail industry in a statement. “Charcuterie continues to be an amazing solution for feeding a crowd and with Graze Craze, we offer the very best to our clients for their special events, family gatherings, meetings and more.”

Graze Craze boards provide options for every lifestyle, dietary preference and palate and are available in various sizes. They incorporate a plethora of flavors, like the Gone Grazey board, a balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. The Vegegrazian is designed with a medley of fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with a love for sweets can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is hand-crafted using an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips.

The store offers a Brunch Board that is packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more. The seasonal Springtime Spread board features a vibrant feast of fresh ingredients, like watermelon radish, Italian prosciutto, dried apricots and red wine merlot cheese, to name a few.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough food to feed a large party.

“Our store is nestled in a community of schools, families and businesses, making it the ideal stop for busy locals who need convenient, fresh and satisfying dining choices” said White. “We’re looking forward to our specialty charcuterie arrangements being at the center of local celebrations.”

The North Phoenix Graze Craze is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
