If you haven’t heard, North Italia brings ‘crave-worthy’ Italian fare to all reaches of the U.S. “From the moment you walk through our doors, to your last scoops of budino at the end of a satisfying meal, you’ll know you’re in good hands,” says the company’s website. North Italia strives to pay respect to traditional Italian fare, while also modernizing the menu and providing a full-service, elevated dining experience. The eatery has a neighborhood-feel and aims to provide a great gathering place for any occasion.

The eatery offers daily special pizzas made from scratch as well as a menu of old stand-bys, from small pates, to salads and pastas. And you certainly won’t want to skip the array of craft cocktails on the menu.

North Italia Gilbert is headed to the 1950 East Williams Field Road, Suite 102, at the corner of E Williams Field and S Santan Village Parkway. Come September 22, you could just find yourself sipping on a White Peach Negroni and enjoying a chef’s special pie. How about it?
