Green District will make its Arizona debut in 2023. Construction is well underway on their first location in Phoenix and it seems that the chain is already preparing for their next store in Gilbert.
A building permit obtained by What Now Phoenix indicates that the second location will be at 5498 S. Power Road. Based on our previous conversation with the company, Green District will be opening in Gilbert late next year.
These new locations are a part of a massive expansion plan throughout the western United States. “Green District is positioned for major national growth and as we continue to expand our footprint, we have our sights set on strong trade areas in Colorado, Arizona and Utah that can support multiple Green District restaurants,” Western Market President Tim Spong says in a press release.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Green District serves 11 signature chopped salads, plus wraps and grain bowls. Their menu features more than 50 fresh ingredients and 12 house-made dressings. For more information, visit gdsalads.com.
