Insomnia Cookies was founded in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz, who at that point was a student at the University of Pennsylvania and saw an insatiable hunger for warm cookies among his fellow students during late-night study sessions. Berkowitz’s business of baking and delivering fresh cookies directly to students late at night took off, and by 2006 he opened his first brick and mortar in Syracuse, New York.

Ten years later, they opened their 100th store and continue to grow to this day. From classic Chocolate Chunk to deluxe flavors like Salted Caramel, over a dozen flavors of cookies can be delivered warm to the doors of individuals or companies across the nation.

In addition to cookies, Insomnia Cookies also has brownies, cookie cakes, cold milk and ice cream. Currently in Arizona, there are stores in Tempe and Tucson. For more information and to place an order, visit insomniacookies.com
