Just Love Coffee is hoping to open a location in Queen Creek by next year, according to a site plan submitted to the city this month. Owner Mitchell Korrub who along with wife Shoshana is bringing the Tennessee-based coffee cafe to the Valley, confirmed with What Now Phoenix that they hope to establish the second location to 7365 S. Power Road.

The plans indicate that a brand new 10,000-square foot building will be constructed at the site of the current Full Circle Autowash, which will be vacant within the month. The new building will include enough shell space for retail and at least two restaurant tenants, one of which is planned to be Just Love Coffee with a drive-thru.
If these plans are approved by the city of Queen Creek, Korrub estimates that the build and subsequent permitting should take about a year before we start to see the restaurant take form. Meanwhile, Korrub says that they are looking forward to opening the first Just Love Coffee about five miles away in Mesa.
While it was originally reported that the Mesa location would open in September, Korrub says that the Mesa opening will more likely happen around November. For more information, visit justlovecoffeecafe.com.
