“Bentridge presents a tremendous opportunity for first-time home buyers looking for High Performance Homes at today’s entry level price point,” said Todd Condon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Arizona Division, Landsea Homes in a statement. “With a variety of unique design elements, there is truly a home to meet all lifestyles and needs.”

Bentridge will feature options for single-level and two-story living in two neighborhoods. Homes will range from 1,315 to 3,240 square feet with options for two to six bedrooms and up to three bathrooms. Homes will also feature indoor-outdoor living options, spacious design elements, and 14 different floorplans. The community preserves over 30 acres of open space, including a community park. Prices will begin in the $300Ks, and sales are expected to launch in March.

The community is located near Sundance Park and just minutes from the scenic White Tank Mountains. Residents will have ample entertainment options with hiking and biking trails at the Skyline Regional Park, and live within proximity to nearby entertainment districts, and major sporting events at State Farm Stadium and Gila River Arena.

All homes at Bentridge will contain Landsea Homes’ High Performance Home features. Supported by a partnership with Apple, the homes utilize the Apple HomeKit environment to operate all home automation features from one mobile application. The smart home automation features installed and compatible with Apple HomeKit include an Apple HomePod mini, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and white glove service with an individualized training session.

Buyers will also be able to take advantage of Landsea Homes’ LiveFlex program, which presents the opportunity to transform spaces into whatever a homebuyer’s lifestyle may need, whether that’s an office or an at home gym.
