A new Mr. Pickle’s location is opening in Queen Creek, according to the Vineyard Towne Center complex’s store directory.

Formerly owned by Frank and Michele Fagundes, CEO Michael Nelson bought the brand and moved their headquarters to Scottsdale in 2020.
The chain’s menu highlights include hot and cold sandwiches with sides such as red potato salad, macaroni salad, and jumbo whole dill pickles. Some of their most popular sandwiches are their Italian, meatball, and French dip. They also have fresh chocolate chip cookies.
Built by Vestar at 37666 N Gantzel Road, other restaurants in the 23-acre shopping center include MOD Pizza, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Cinnaholic, Nèktar Juice Bar, Over Easy, and Chunk Cookies.
An opening date has yet to be announced, and Nelson did not immediately reply to What Now Phoenix for comment.
