Over Easy has signed leases for eight new locations, according to a press release shared with What Now Phoenix.
With this new expansion, the award-winning concept will have a total of 20 operating storefronts throughout Arizona.
Their upcoming openings will be in the following locations: Tempe at Novus Place in February 2024; Peoria at Lake Pleasant Pkwy & Happy Valley in mid 2024; Queen Creek at Gantzel & Combs in mid 2024; Buckeye at I-10 & Verrado in early 2025; Goodyear in Civic Square in early 2025; N. Phoenix at I-17 & Dove Valley in 2025; and San Tan at Val Vista & Germann in mid 2025.
Over Easy was founded in 2008, and has now become recognized as one of the best breakfasts in Phoenix. The chain has also been previously featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Best Thing I Ever Ate, Travel Channel’s – Food Paradise, Foot Network, and Bon Appétit Magazine, and Travel + Leisure.
Featuring made-from-scratch dishes, their menu offerings include a variety of brunch and breakfast foods.
