First established in 1994, the chain has signed a development agreement with B.I.D. Investment Group to develop 10 units over the next five years in and around the area, and already has more than 500 locations in 15 countries.
Franchise Jake Ireland told What Now Phoenix, “There are many excellent markets in the greater Phoenix area and we plan to bring the Pepper Lunch experience to all corners over the next 5 years. We are exploring several markets that will surely appreciate the Pepper Lunch experience including Central Phoenix, North Phoenix, and Gilbert/Chandler areas for our first location and targeting August-September 2024 to start serving our delicious product in one of these markets.”
Ireland also shared, “Pepper Lunch provides a wide variety of options that are all delicious and provide a unique experience. Pepper Lunch plays with all your senses as a do-it-yourself teppanyaki. Customers will hear and smell the sizzle of the hot iron skillet as it arrives at the table, the food looks fabulous, and people of all ages will love putting their own personal twist on their meal while they select sauces, spices, and then cook their own meal right their at the table. Beef, Chicken, Salmon, Tofu options are available.”
