The company’s newest location will move into the former home of Jimmy John’s at CenterPoint on Mill Avenue, according to AZ Central. Prince Street Pizza has gained the attention of several celebrities and has since expanded to Canada, Miami, and California since opening in 2012. Recently, the company opened a location in San Diego, and now, Prince Street Pizza will debut in Phoenix in January 2025, offering a variety of delicious pies and sizes.

“Bringing Prince Street Pizza to Mill Ave is a thrilling opportunity for us,” said Prince Street Pizza Owner Lawrence Longo in a press release. “We’re excited to share our New York-style slices and Sicilian squares with a new community that’s full of energy and enthusiasm. We can’t wait for locals and visitors alike to experience the unique flavors and vibe that have made Prince St. Pizza a staple in NYC.”

This has been an excellent year for Prince Street Pizza, which recently opened a second San Diego location in Pacific Beach. The company will now open in a 1,300-square-foot space in a prime Tempe location. When it opens early next year, the walk-up slice shop will have everything from Sicilian-style squares and Neapolitan-style pizza to pizza-by-the-slice. The food will be available for take-away, dine-in, and delivery through Uber Eats.

“Prince Street Pizza is one of the fastest growing pizza companies in the country right now,” said co-founder and principal of Wexford Developments, Sam Gordon, in a press release. “The pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had, and this concept will be a great addition to our CenterPoint asset.”
