Market and restaurant Corso Italia is opening in Scottsdale, according to a liquor license issued by the Arizona Department of Liquor.
The new opening will be located at 7704 East Doubletree Ranch Road.
Few details are available at this time, but their chef has over 40 years of experience. The menu will feature authentic flavors and traditional dishes and products that are both seasonal and local.
Their website states the following: “Our policy: We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant and market. That’s why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers’ markets and make our own. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you’re eating the best of the season.”
Offering both dine in or take out options, their products and meals will be packaged in a way that lets customers bring the quality of their meals home with them – ensure a top notch dining experience either way.
An exact opening date has not been announced, but Google Maps lists the business as opening in January.
