The company currently has its flagship location in Scottsdale at 15801 N. Frank Lloyd Wright, Suite 100, but will soon expand to at least six more locations throughout the greater Phoenix area. Founder and CEO Dan Chaon tells What Now Phoenix that J2E Investments, LLC, has signed a six-unit deal, starting with a new site coming to The Cooley Station in late April or early May. They also will be opening a location at Hudson Station in Queen Creek.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our first franchisees from J2E Investments, LLC to the sneakybird family!” the company announced on their social media last month. “Here’s to a future of growth and shared success.”

When these new locations open, customers can expect chicken cooked to order and never fried. The restaurant offers a signature cooking procedure that allows the chicken to have an amazing grilled and oven-roasted taste. This delicious chicken is presented either as “Homestyle” or “Naked” and accompanied by over 15 bold handcrafted sauces and dry rubs. As a result, the franchise is taking on a healthier, cleaner approach to chicken.

“At the core of our identity is the groundbreaking “Never Ever Fried” philosophy,” according to the company’s website. “We champion a cleaner, healthier approach to enjoying the crispy, tender, and flavorful chicken that you love. Through cutting-edge technology, we have perfected a cooking process that retains the juiciness and flavor without a drop of added oil, offering a guilt-free indulgence that is just as delicious and crispy!”
