“We just got the keys,” said Maggiore when he spoke to What Now Phoenix on Friday. “We’re going to host all of our parties here and utilize it as one of our commissary kitchens, as well.”

The restaurant group, which is also getting ready to open their first Mexican-themed restaurant, is also behind the likes of Tomaso’s Italian Kitchen and Hash Kitchen.

The event center will also cater and host other events like weddings, while also offering their own wine dinners and holiday parties to use as a corporate event center.

The building itself will cover 12,000 square feet of space, and people can definitely expect to see items from their famous menus as part of the deal.

“Since it’s special events, we can produce whatever food the customer wants, and the signature wine dinners can either be Italian-themed or switched up a little bit. It’s going to be an amazing thing in North Scottsdale and we’re excited to bring it to the community.”

As they get ready to open The Mexicano, Maggiore says the new event center will also be open by the end of the year, adding, “We’re going to have a massive New Year’s party.”
