Owned by Rebecca Lavenue, the second location will be at 720 W Ray Rd in the former Flying Basset Brewing space in Gilbert in the beginning of December, and the third will be in Queen Creek in 2025.

The third location will join the development of the downtown Queen Creek initiative. According to the city’s website, “Badlands Bar and Grill is also underway, slated to open in 2023 at the southwest corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo. Additional projects include the Barn Bar Courtyards, which will feature locally owned restaurants and shops inside repurposed shipping containers, and the Sacred Pint Taproom, which will serve craft beer and wine with shuffleboard and darts.”

Their website shares the following: “A place of enjoyment and relaxation at one of the most enchanting breweries in Arizona.  Enjoy our craft beers, collection of exotic rescue birds, and our elevated pub menu. Bring your friends and relax in our gorgeous courtyard patio, or the spacious rooftop bar. A truly one of a kind experience.”

Although their first location is home to rescued exotic birds – hence the name of the brewery – their other spots will focus solely on the brewing and food.

For the menu, customers can expect the same as their first location, which consists of modern pub food made in their scratch kitchen with selections for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
