Two new restaurants are getting ready to open in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 4, located at 4553 Sky Harbor Blvd.
After opening several new restaurants last year, including Bobby’s Burgers and Pedal Haus Brewery, the Phoenix airport is preparing to open two new restaurants this year. The Food and Beverage Concessions Phase II Package has been awarded to PHX S1 Restaurant Partners, LLC, a partnership of concessionaires HMSHost, Kind Hospitality, and TMG Services, Inc. PHX S1 will open Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen + Bar and SanTan Spirit House by the end of the year.
“HMSHost has built its reputation on developing an exciting mix of restaurants that makes a traveler’s journey as rewarding as their destination,” HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas said in a press release. “We are thrilled to be part of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s growth and to bring the legendary flavors of Guy Fieri and SanTan Spirits to the terminal.”
Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen + Bar will feature the celebrity chef’s classic American dishes, such as burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and more. SanTan Spirit House, on the other hand, is a concept from the locally beloved SanTan Brewing Company, which currently has a location in Terminal 3. This bar will offer a variety of sharable foods and unique spirits.
Also approved is an agreement with Paradies Lagardère, which will bring two new stores to the Eighth Concourse. Shoppers will be delighted for the future Fan Shop by PGA TOUR and a new Arizona Roadtrip store. The Fan Shop by PGA TOUR will feature a golf simulator with a chance for passengers to try the famous 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale within the airport.

These new concessions, including Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen and Bar and the Fan Shop by PGA TOUR, only add to our growing list of local flavors and fares – ensuring that Sky Harbor is on the top of everyone’s list when it comes to a great airport experience.”
