Hospitality group Pelican Food Concepts currently operates locations in Chandler, Mesa, and Tucson, all of which are part and parcel of its 35-unit Arizona agreement.
The company prides itself on being a pioneer in using wholesome, natural ingredients, having removed artificial trans fats from its food back in 2005, and a litany of others since then.
