Plans have been submitted to the city, indicating a 8,702-square foot restaurant space outfit with a full bar and an adjacent 1,748-square foot outdoor patio. Founded by David Portnoy in 2003, the $450 million online publication maintains a steady flow of local and national sports news and memes, as well as sports gambling.

The brand recently debuted Barstool River North in Chicago, a sports bar serving classic bar bites, craft beers, cocktails, wine and of course, plenty of televisions to enjoy multiple sporting events at once. We’re likely in for a similar vibe at the new Scottdale establishment. Stay tuned.
