The massive gas station with plenty of food and drink options recently met with the Planning & Zoning Commission at Goodyear City Hall to propose a new location on the southeast corner of Interstate 10 and Bullard Avenue, first reported by Phoenix New Times. The rezoning application for the 71-acre plot of land was approved, and Buc-ee’s representatives explained that “the proposed rezoning and overlay will allow the site to develop as Buc-ee’s retail store with a service station and with industrial uses.”

Once all is said and done, the redeveloped land will sit on the westernmost portion of the lot, along Bullard Avenue, for a brand new Buc-ee’s Travel Center. The development will include a 75,400-square-foot retail store and service station, 713 parking spaces, and a Buc-ee’s sign topped with a beaver logo that’s 22 feet tall and a total of 380 square feet. Buc-ee’s has more steps to cross before construction begins, so the exact timeline is yet to be determined.

Buc-ee’s is one of the country’s largest gas stations, with plenty of food and drink options. The gas station has everything from quick grab-and-go options, such as a notorious beef jerky wall, to more lunch and dinner options. Customers can get freshly made BBQ sandwiches or other delicious sandwich options from Bucee’s. On top of plenty of food, the gas station has its own clothing line, travel necessities, and some of the cleanest bathrooms in the country.
