As with their other Buck & Rider locations, they will fly in the freshest fish and seafood from the coasts to their Gilbert kitchen seven days a week. The time-stamped cards at the raw bar will be continuously updated to reflect the freshness of the seafood and market vegetable selections, sourced from small producers with an eye to sustainability.

They will welcome the Gilbert community to their happy hour (every day from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.), which brings specials on beer, wine, and signature handcrafted cocktails plus a changing selection of small bites and raw bar offerings. At brunch, half-off bottles of bubbles are offered. The lunch and dinner menus include options from sushi rolls to burgers. For celebratory moments, they will offer delicacies like the B&R Imperial Golden Osetra Caviar, crafted seafood platters, aged steaks from the B&R Reserve beef program, and an extensive Reserve wine and spirits list.

Buck & Rider is located at 3150 E. Ray Rd. #194, Gilbert, AZ  85296.
