With two other locations already, the restaurant is known for its fresh seafood – flown in from around the world, seven days a week – with lunch, brunch, dinner, and happy hour offerings.
Their ingredients are sourced directly from fishers and farmers, and they value quality, transparency, and sustainability. Some examples of this on their menu are handpicked Louisiana blue crab, sushi with Ora King salmon, a time-stamped raw bar menu, and cocktails made with hand-squeezed juices and premium spirits. They also monitor the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch endangered species list.
They are now taking pre-booked reservations for the opening day as well.
