The company’s seventh area location is set to move into the former home of Fuku Sushi at The Colony, according to the company’s website. The new location has no exact opening date, but owner Peter Verros expects to open sometime this year. When it does, customers can expect various breakfast and lunch options, delicious mimosas, and other boozy breakfast drinks. The breakfast chain continues to spread its presence through North Phoenix, as the company only has two locations in South Phoenix.

Verros opened Eggstasy at 6990 E. Shea Boulevard in 2014 and has since expanded to six other locations, all offering delicious breakfast and brunch. In addition to plenty of food and drink options, there are also gluten-free options, and the staff is happy to help with any other food allergies or restrictions. The expansion comes after the restaurant was recently featured as the winner of ‘Best Breakfast’ in the 2024 annual Best of Our Valley issue of Arizona Foothills Magazine.

“We offer the freshest ingredients in the market, often purchasing same-day,” according to the company’s website. “We aim to source clean, seasonal, and fair trade ingredients of the highest quality, working with artisan producers who care about their craft as much as we do. A few of the things we do are make our soups from scratch in our kitchen. Make our pancake sauces and compotes. Bake our specialty French toast bread daily in our kitchen. Make our pancake, crepe, and waffle batter from scratch. Fresh squeezed orange juice, made in-house daily.”
