“Haldi is going to spread the love and joy in Glendale,” announces Haldi Indian Cuisine as soon as you click to their website. The new location, slated to open near the corner of N 59th Avenue and W Union Hills Drive, will be the second Haldi’s, following the flagship location in Surprise.
If you haven’t experienced it for yourself yet, just know Haldi provides, “authentic Indian cuisine made with passion and attention to detail.” The eatery in Surprise currently offers a selection of appetizers, salads, soups, and curries. Tikka Masala is noted as their signature dish, while Butter Masala is the “people’s fav.” Curries can come with meat options of chicken or lamb; Haldi’s also offers an array of vegetarian and vegan selections.
The Glendale location will open in suite 122 in the Arrow Head Ranch Plaza. Recent intel alerted What Now Phoenix to a pending liquor license for the location. While we were unable to contact owner Rengarajan Leshmanan at the time of publication, Haldi suggests you check back with them through their website in order to get your share of the love.
