If you’re searching for organic, gluten-free cakes in Phoenix Metro, then look no further than Ndless Creations Bakery. Local baker Alex Doman seeks to open her first brick-and-mortar bakery at 5540 E. Broadway Road in Mesa, according to real estate intel obtained by What Now Phoenix.
Seeking an alternative to generic store-bought cakes that she purchased for her children’s birthdays, Alex Doman founded Ndless Creations Bakery knowing that she could make a better product without all the harmful processed ingredients that mass-production bakeries use, such as chemical preservatives and artificial flavors. All of Doman’s cakes, pastries, and gluten-free offerings are made with real, certified organic fruits, unbleached sugars and flour, plus ethically-sourced organic chocolates from Africa and the Caribbean.
Ndless Creations Bakery began in 2013 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where Doman developed the recipes that continue to impress family, friends, and customers to this day. After moving to Mesa in 2019, Doman decided to scale her small business by renting a commercial kitchen and has since supplied sweets for weddings and events across the Valley.
