Phoenix foodies, get ready to indulge your taste buds in the delicious Mexican cuisine at the brand new Al Pastor restaurant located at 2815 E Indian School Rd. With a drive-thru and ample outdoor seating options for up to 134 guests, this restaurant is sure to be a hit.

In addition to the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor seating areas, there are also minor site improvements per a recently filed building permit application, such as a trash enclosure, light pole, and a menu order board. The restaurant’s signage is under a separate permit. BPR Companies will serve as the contractor for the construction of the 3,774-square-foot space, designed by architect Dorota Grodzinska of Aline Architecture Concepts.

A representative of Al Pastor did not immediately return a request for comment.
