Original ChopShop will open two Phoenix-area stores in the coming year. Speaking with What Now Phoenix, CEO Jason Morgan said he expects the new Mesa brick-and-mortar to open in summer 2022, while the Phoenix storefront may take a bit longer, opening towards the end of next year.
Original ChopShop Mesa is headed to 1850 South Val Vista Dr, Suite 101. Morgan says the Phoenix spot, though already listed on the website, remains more tentative. It will likely open at 545 E Osborn Road, although not everything has been finalized.
Phoenicians are, of course, already deeply familiar with these chops. Original ChopShop, an AZ-based company founded in 2013, operates 8 stores in the Valley of the Sun and several more in Texas.
