Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy announces the opening of its newest location in Glendale located at 6728 W Deer Valley Road at Sierra Verde Shopping Center. The new 3,600 square foot restaurant is set to open mid-September and will host its Welcome Weekend on Saturday, September 23 and Sunday, September 24.

Over Easy’s Welcome Weekend is a grand opening celebration for all ages that will include giveaways, menu tastings, live entertainment and more family-fun activities. Guests can also enjoy penny mimosas with the purchase of an entree. (Limit one per guest.)

In addition, Over Easy is also offering a Kids Eat Free promotion through the end of the month at the new Deer Valley and 67th Avenue location. Valid for dine-in only, kids can eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. (Restrictions may apply.)

“We are thrilled to be opening our 12th location in Arizona in the West Valley,” says Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy, who resides in the West Valley in a statement. “We are grateful for the public’s continued support of Over Easy and look forward to welcoming the neighborhood to our newest location.”

The new restaurant designed by Scottsdale-based architecture firm, Aline Architecture Concepts, features a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate up to 170 guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The local breakfast restaurant will be serving menu items that include Banana Nut French Toast, Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Avocado BLT and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches.

The new Over Easy design features include a custom neon wall and murals specific to its location.

Over Easy is set to open four more locations between now and early 2024 including Flagstaff, Tempe, Peoria and Queen Creek. The breakfast concept is hiring for dozens of positions including back-of-house and front-of-house opportunities.
