While the company already has four locations and an upcoming Little O’s concept coming to North Central this fall, this will be a one-of-a-kind concept from O.H.S.O. Brewing, described as an indoor entertainment venue that will offer pinball and other games in addition to bowling, according to AZ Central. In addition to even more entertainment, this upcoming concept will feature food that will “stand out, completely different from O.H.S.O.” The menu is still under development. The company expects to open this in late 2024.

The Gilbert location already features an extension of the restaurant patio called The Park, featuring games, a full bar, an enclosed dog park, and live music on the weekends. The new bowling alley concept will bring even more entertainment to the area. While the food menu is still being developed, the drink menu will feature craft cocktails, award-winning craft beer, and curated wine. Customers can carry their drinks between the brewery, The park, and the upcoming restaurant and bowling alley.

“Our Downtown Gilbert location has the best patio in town,” according to the company’s website. “We’re talking about a full-on park with games, a full bar, and even an enclosed dog park—all just behind our two-story brewery and restaurant. Bring the whole family to enjoy a burger inside our brewery, then head to the park to play a lawn game or listen to live music. We have a full bar and an enormous T.V. screen so you can enjoy your favorite sporting event or movie from the comfort of a picnic blanket.”
