Flagship CEO Nick Hogan tells What Now Phoenix that Palma will offer full-site dining open for lunch, dinner, late night, and weekend brunch. The Asian-inspired menu will feature sustainably caught sushi, noodle dishes, Korean fried chicken, and more.

The property at 903 N. 2nd St. spans a total of 20,000 square-feet, including a 5,000 square-foot outdoor patio. Palma will take up the entirety of the patio, plus a bit of the interior building, which will be fashioned into a desert oasis with patina elements, shades, and misters. It is meant to be a place to relax and enjoy a good meal, unlike its counterparts which are meant to offer a more upbeat social experience.

That said, Hogan finally gave us the official scoop on what’s in store at Ghost Donkey and Châm Pang Lanes. While the former is a mezcal cocktail speakeasy with Latin-inspired munchies like nachos and tacos, the latter will be a cocktail-forward champagne bar serving finger foods.

Châm Pang Lanes is also the entertainment-focused venue of the trio, which will have duckpin bowling, pool, pinball, and darts. Currently, Flagship is still hiring for all positions at all three places. Hogan adds that they are scheduled to open in mid-February. For more information about Palma, visit www.palmaphx.com.
