In a press release shared with What Now Phoenix, Café Zupas Vice President of Real Estate Edgar Cepuritis said, “Since opening our first Phoenix Café Zupas, we have been blown away by the support we’ve received from the community. We are excited to continue our growth in the area, beginning with Buckeye, Metro Center, and Queen Creek in the back half of this year and several more opening in the coming months and years. Stay tuned as we work to bring a healthy, real, and convenient option to communities all over Phoenix.”

In September, the first location in Buckeye will open at 1665 N. Verrada Way, followed by the second location in Metro Center at 3225 W. Peoria Avenue in October, and the third at Queen Creek at 20734 S. Ellsworth Road in December. With these new openings, there will be eleven total Café Zupas in the area, as well as at least five more in the next two years.

All locations will have a dining room as well as two drive thru lines – one for orders placed in person, and one for orders placed ahead using the Café Zupas Loyalty App – and will be open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM-9:00 PM, and from 11:00 AM-10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Their menu features an assortment salads, soups, sandwiches, bowls, sides, seasonal items, chef’s secret menu, and desserts.
