Director of Operations Francis Mitchell confirms that after a series of setbacks that have pushed the official opening, they are aiming to open by the end of Q4, though there is still no firm date set.

Still, customers can look forward to their Uncle Bear’s favorites at the new Paradise Valley location, including 16 beers on tap and the same delicious menu served at all other locations. Uncle Bear’s proudly brews ten of their own flagship beers and a slew of seasonal offerings at their brewery and taproom in Gilbert.

They also serve a selection of craft cocktails on top of a hearty menu that includes craft burgers, sliders, wings, and Tex-Mex favorites. When their fifth location finally opens its doors, customers will have another neighborhood hangout at which they can “Come, Sit & Stay for a Doggone Good Time!”
