The company’s second location will sit in a brand-new building that is currently under construction. Co-owner Donald Greenberg confirms with What Now Phoenix that he expects to open the new site around October 2023. Greenberg says customers can expect a similar feel to the original location in Gilbert, at 75 E. Rivulon Boulevard featuring over two dozen craft beers on tap, TVs for sports, and other alcoholic beverages available in cans or to-go. The company made its debut in early 2022.

The Gilbert location also offers a light bite menu with a handful of classic bar appetizers, such as mozzarella sticks, soft pretzels with cheese, chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, and more. Customers are also welcome to bring outside food into the establishment. Considering how many eateries it will surround, this would greatly benefit the Queen Creek location. On Riggs and Ellsworth, there’s already a Clean Juice, Playa Bowls, and Durch Bros, with a Twisted Sugar and Caldwell Country BBQ on the way.

Valley Taproom offers a wide variety of craft beers, ranging from pilsners to porters. Some breweries carried by the company include national brands such as AleSmith Brewing, Stone Brewing, and Pariah Brewing, as well as local brands, including HELLUVA Brewing, Dark Sky Brewing, Throne Brewing, and Walter Station. The taproom also offers a dozen red and white wines, available in a glass or bottle.
