Like so many popular restaurants nowadays, Torchy’s began as a humble food truck in Austin, TX in 2006, and has since grown to more than 100 stores across the country, including four peppered throughout the Phoenix region.
The hospitality group led by Joey Lucidi is behind numerous brands around the area, including Haymaker, NW Coffee, Cantina Gueros, and the Fire House Events Center.
