What’s more, Lucidi tells What Now Phoenix that Copper and Sage outposts will be popping up in Uptown, at 322 E Camelback Rd, as well as Goodyear’s forthcoming GSQ development later this year.

Without giving too much away about the menu, Lucidi says that Copper and Sage will be “refined comfort food…from the dishes to the glassware” and the ambiance, cultivating an elevated atmosphere that’s a step above other Westside Concepts brands, and “the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience with friends and family or business cohorts.”

Similarly, a website for the restaurant promises “an exquisite blend of flavors and textures that will take your taste buds on a journey. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon [Profitt] has designed his menu to satisfy every palate.”

Westside Concepts first sprang onto the Peoria dining scene in 2013 when Lucidi opened his flagship brand, the American comfort food eatery Haymaker. Since then, Lucidi and the team have opened seven locations including two more Haymaker outposts, as well as NW Coffee, the Mexican-inspired Cantina Gueros, the historic fire station-turned-events center aptly named Fire House Events Center, and Westside Catering, which brings each F&B brand under one roof.
