The latest Over Easy is set to open in Vestar’s Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek. Coming to 37666 N Gantzel Rd, the forthcoming restaurant is known for offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch made from scratch, with a twist.
Owner Ryan Palmer did not immediately reply for comment to What Now Phoenix, and a PR contact on their behalf let us know that they are currently waiting for the official grand opening date details.
Based on their other locations, customers can expect various breakfast plates, omelettes, breakfast cakes, and a 12 & under kids menu. For brunch and lunch options, they also serve bowls, sandwiches, salads, and daytime cocktails.
After opening in 2008, the popular chain has since been featured on Food Network, Bon Appétit Magazine, Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, The Best Thing I Ever Ate, The List, and others.
