Carcara will reportedly open this September in downtown Phoenix’s Sheraton. The modern eatery will bring locally-sourced ingredients to a “beautiful and intimate downtown setting.” The space will even have its own indoor tree, commissioned by local artists.
Not only will the eatery offer seasonal menus, you’ll be able to indulge in rotating weekly specials as well as a craft cocktails comprised of Carcara’s own house-infused spirits. Carcara will also offer a five-course tasting menu with selected wine pairings. Executive Chef Chaz Frankefield is behind the menus.
“We work each day to source the highest quality of ingredients including sustainably raised beef, pork, lamb, fish and poultry that is hormone and antibiotic free, all hand cut in house every day,” shares the eatery’s website.
