Previously, What Now Phoenix reported on the company expanding to Mesa at 5221 S Power Road and Queen Creek, coming to the front of the new Costco at the intersection of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth roads. The former is expected to open in August, while the latter will open in Fall 2023. Now, the company has announced three more locations coming to Mesa and Gilbert, according to Phoenix New Times. These sites will be owned and operated by brothers Brad and Craig Peterson and their wives, Jessica and Boston Peterson.

In addition to the new Mesa site opening next month, Batch Cookie Shop plans to open a new location around the same time in Gilbert at 4764 S. Higley Road, #105. The new Gilbert location will move into the former home of Gelato 40 in the Higley Pavilion. After this, Batch Cooke Shop plans to double down on those locations.

In Gilbert, the company will open a new location at 213 N. Gilbert Road in the former home of Funkfit, which has moved and rebranded as The Collective. Finally, the sixth location is coming to Mesa at 10851 E. Baseline Road, #A-102. Both of these locations are expected to open in September 2023. The expansion proves the brand to be popular in these two neighborhoods, especially considering the company opened its first storefront in Gilbert in Spring 2020.

“We are grateful for the loyalty and support we have received since opening our first store, and we have been very strategic with our growth,” Craig Peterson said in the release. “We look forward to becoming part of these communities in the coming months and serving their residents for years to come.”
