Haidilao, the largest hot pot chain restaurant, is opening its first Arizona location inside Mekong Plaza at 66 S Dobson Rd next year, according to 12News.
Set in Mesa’s Asian District, the restaurant is anticipated to open summer 2024. This is part of an expansion of nearly a dozen new restaurants and shops to the center.
Customers can choose up to four different soup broths per pot, which are separated by dividers, and mixed with a choice of various sauces, herbs, and aromatics. Next, the proteins and vegetables, as well as the starches.

The first location of this chain in the United States was in Arcadia, Los Angeles in 2013. Since then, five restaurants have been opened in America.
