The company’s third location is set to move into the former home of Little Anita’s Restaurant, which closed at the beginning of the year after it replaced Juan Jaime’s Tacos & Tequila less than two years ago. Since opening, the restaurant has had a tumultuous Arizona debut full of temporary closures in its final months. Perfect Pear Bistro owners Chris and Laura Hove are now getting ready to take their place. Chris tells What Now Pheonix that he hopes to open a new site in Summer 2024.

When the new location opens in a few months, customers can expect a creative menu that changes seasonally and puts a modern American twist on comfort, with a variety of entrees that include tacos, salads, quinoa bowls, grilled cheese, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, and more. To drink, the restaurant offers craft beers, wines, or specialty cocktails from a rotating drink list. Perfect Pear Bistro will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, or happy hour every day from 11 am-6 pm.

“The focus on supporting local is huge at Perfect Pear – from beers to produce to bread to spirits, we support local purveyors and suppliers every chance we get,” according to the company’s website. “Our food and beverage menus change regularly to feature fresh flavors and seasonal ingredients. You’ll never run out of new dishes to try with our selections of fresh salads, sandwiches, grilled cheeses, soups, tacos, pasta dishes, appetizers, and more. Enjoy craft beer from local breweries, red or white wines by the glass, and creative specialty cocktails.”
