It appears a new sushi restaurant is on the horizon for Phoenix. Sushi 32, owned by realtor Soo Hyun Ju, is slated to open in the Biltmore Plaza Shopping Center, which is located at the corner of N 32nd Street and E Camelback Road.

According to our leasing intel, Ju signed a lease just this month for a first-floor retail space in the plaza, which is located along the Camelback Corridor. The eatery will take over a 2,904 square-foot storefront in July.

We were unable to contact Ju at the time of publication, but you’ll be happy to learn the restaurant will be conveniently located adjacent to the Biltmore Area and share the plaza with other eateries like Bobby Q’s Steak & BBQ, Gelato Spot, and Hava Java Coffee. There are plenty of shops, including a Safeway, and beauty salons in the area as well. Once the new eatery is up and running, I have a feeling you’ll find it difficult not to treat yourself.
