Pier 88 Boiling Seafood and Bar, known for its cajun-style seafood boils and large portions, already has nine locations from Nevada to Virginia, and it looks like they’ve got five more on the way — two in Las Vegas, one in Palmdale, California, one in Washington, and another right here in Avondale.

Pier 88 prides itself on its “Famous Low Country Boil,” and while the restaurant may not be on an actual pier on the Agua Fria, hopefully it won’t take more than the crack of a crab leg to transport your taste buds to the Mississippi.

Though we don’t have an official date, it looks like the restaurant is planning to open its new locations soon, one of which will set up shop at 10040 W McDowell Rd in Avondale’s Gateway Pavilions.

Head to their website for updates, or to explore the bottomless pot of boiling seafood on their menu
