The company is preparing to expand throughout the country, starting with a new location coming to Arizona Mills shopping center at 5000 S Arizona Mills Cir, according to the shopping center’s directory. There is no exact timeline for this opening, but a representative from the company tells What Now Phoenix that this site will be corporate-owned, as the company owns and operates all 13 locations despite being a franchise. The exact location of the upcoming Thai eatery within the shopping center is unknown.

Thai Esane currently only has four locations in Tennessee, with more locations coming to Los Angeles, Eugene, Portland, and Grapevine, TX. Founders Phoukhouane Tim Singto and Nina Singto launched a fundraising campaign to help expand the concept. Thai Esane has partnered with Macerich, a real estate company with 45+ locations across the United States. At the time, the company was hopeful that, with the help of funding and franchising, Thai Esane could expand to 45 units within two years.

“My wife, Nina Singto, is featured on numerous shows on the Food Network, such as Guy’s Grocery game, where she took home the trophy,” according to the fundraising campaign ad. “She was also featured on Chopped. We have our own recipes for our sauces, which are being commercially manufactured in California. We also have our own brand of the key essential product (Rice Noodle). We imported directly from the manufacturer in Thailand.”
