The Brunch House To Pour Drinks on Southern Ave

Per a liquor licensing application, it appears a restaurant specializing in brunch will take over the space that last housed a Family Doctor Walk-In Care facility.

An LLC filing for The Brunch House indicates Jakina Russell will open the eatery. Although What Now Phoenix reached out to Russell for comment, we did not hear back at the time of publication. Russell is also listed as a member on an LLC filing for a franchised location of an ATL Wings in the area.

3340 W. Southern Avenue was recently occupied by a Family Doctor Walk-In Care facility. The free-standing building is located adjacent to BBB Fashion, Pho Laveen Vietnamese Cuisine, and Hibachi City Buffet.

Although we cannot say exactly what The Brunch House will bring to Phoenix, the eatery’s name and the alcohol application certainly suggest booze and brunch, a winning combination.
