According to the application, Kwikiez, which is applying for a 010 Beer and Wine Store license, will be a “drive-thru or walk-up only concept” with employees only accessing the building’s interior. A floor plan attached to the application shows hot and cold food prep zones; a walk-in cooler for beer, liquor, and soft drinks; and shelves stocked with “general merchandise.” The store is approximately 1,800 square feet and sports a small patio space out front.
Just north of the Maricopa Freeway, Kwikiez will sit at the corner of S. Central and W. Mohave St. Nearby eateries include Ezbachi Japanese Grill, Comedor Guadalajara, and Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles.
We were unable to reach Arias at the time of publication, so you’ll want to keep an eye out for the opening of this extra-convenient convenience store.
Thank you Eve!
I love your article on Kwikiez Drive Thru Mini Mart 🙂
The City of Phoenix has approved my Beer License and will forward my application to the State of Arizona for further processing…
I am waiting on my Department of Health Inspection License, Certificate of Occupancy and Use Permit to be approved.
I am working very hard to make a clean, fast Mini Mart that will offer the Down Town area with Delicious Hot and Cold Food.
I have estimated to be open by February 2022!
