Phoenix is due for a new Dunkin’ Donuts location in the near future. According to recent real estate intel, the pink and orange donut chain is planned to move into the lot at 701 W. Dunlap Ave.
The 1,737 square-foot building in the area will need to undergo a partial buildout, but it’s possible that this site is going to see a lot more construction. A LoopNet listing advertises the space as a potential drive-thru restaurant.
Since many Dunkin’ Donuts locations contain drive-thrus, it would be no surprise if the shop doesn’t open for many months down the road while this new store is under development. There are currently nine Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Phoenix, plus one in Tempe. Representatives for Dunkin’ have been contacted but have not yet returned requests for comment at the time of publication.
